One of those annoying prompts popped up indicating a possible brake problem on our Prius, so we took the car to Elder's for diagnosis. They spent much more time successfully diagnosing the problem than the number of hours we were billed and the diagnosis was a real challenge. They were ultimately able to determine it was a serious brake problem that Toyota had formally acknowledged and accepted as a warranty issue. The Elder technicians went above and beyond to identify the problem and were extraordinarily committed to minimizing the cost to us for a diagnosis that could have cost us several thousand dollars had they not persisted in their diagnosis. Elder consistently brings this level of expertise and commitment to the vehicle problems we bring to them.

Staff are courteous and professional. The diagnostics report was thorough and easy to understand. Service was completed on time and at the quoted price. No surprises. No hassle. Just professional and quality service!
